Lesley Kerr and Linda Sharp make up the “face of residential property” at McKay Norwell, respectively being head of marketing and head of operations in the property department. In addition to residential sales to the general public, they also look after the residential property interests, in Scotland, of a major international charity.

Lesley and Linda are highly experienced lawyers who have worked for the firm for many years, both as partners and, as at present, associates. In addition to property marketing, sales and conveyancing, they also carry out private client work.

“Our work is not just about selling houses. We like to engage with a client even before a property is placed on the market and follow this through to the completion of the transaction – and beyond. Selling and Buying a house will always be time consuming and stressful and our role is to assist the client by keeping this to an absolute minimum. We can also offer property clients a wider service which deals with associated issues such as wills, power of attorney, and family tax planning.”
