In most cases when purchasing commercial property additional funding will be required.  The usual source of such funding tends to be through High Street Banks and Building Societies, but can also be provided by Private Investment.   In both instances we can provide clear and precise advice, and as we are on the Panel of all major lenders we are able to act on your and their behalf in ensuring that the Security Documentation is complete and achieves its purpose.

Our role is to ensure that the Lender has good title to the Security Documentation and to advise the borrower on the implications of that.   In addition we can further advise on ancillary documentation such as Guarantees, Floating Charges and Personal Bonds.   Our aim is to provide clear and precise drafting to ensure that all parties have a good understanding of the obligations and commitments involved.
